Shipping Rates & Estimates

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) is free for the UNITED STATES customers.
• Expedited Shipping (3-4 business days): $25.00

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you with updates.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vin Vanet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to us at contact@vinvanet.com and we’ll assist you as best we can.
